FARES AND PRICES :

  • All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted exclude all taxes and fees unless we advises otherwise.
  • Please present your voucher before entering the performance area to the staff at the entrance point of the event location. We can not be responsible for client who show up late for the event.

AVAILABILITY :

  • Travel products and services are sold through the site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

IMPORTANT :

  • We ask that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if this is not true.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE & POLICIES :

  • We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe.
  • Manggulu Indonesia is not responsible for any errors in filing personal data that caused the failure of this Online Reservation in terms of payment.
  • Manggulu Indonesia can make unilateral cancellation of Online Transactions without refund or any other compensation, if the Reservation Booking is not done in 3 [three] month after booking.
  • We accept online reservation at the one day before at 12.00 PM local time

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Customized product or product that has been purchased then the fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
  • Airport, Limousine or Coach - transfer services beyond packaged products that we sell.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER ? :

  • Cancellation should be informed 2 days after the purchase.
  • If You have already paid for the program, you could call centre or send e-mail to manggulu62@gmail.com to confirm your payment.
  • As voucher / ticket purchasing is unrefundable, you do agree to aware for every detail before booking.
